Optimize production process and improve product quality

At the end of 2014, our company helped a foreign trade customer develop a large rubber shock-absorbing pad (specification 74.9X74.6mm, net weight 0.4kg), which is a rubber and metal bonded product (see the picture below). When this product was first produced, there were always defects such as delamination and shrinkage cracks at the outer circle parting. The engineer analyzed that the reason was that the product was large and the vulcanization degree of the rubber on the inner and outer surfaces was inconsistent. After improving the production process, the above defects were solved and the quality of the product was improved. At present, this product has been stably produced for 10 years, and there has been no complaints between 10 pieces. The quality of our company's products has been recognized by customers. During this period, customers also gave us orders for some other products for production.
