In 2018, a customer who had not been in contact with us for a long time wanted to purchase three types of EPDM O-rings (with large differences in specifications) from our company. The quality requirements were high, but the annual usage of each type was very small, only a few hundred sets (for matching use), and they did not want to bear too much mold fees. After receiving the customer's request, our engineers considered that the materials of the three O-rings required were exactly the same, and they could design the three specifications to be set on one mold, thus saving the customer two sets of mold fees. After reporting this plan to the customer, the customer was very happy to accept it.

Our company stands in the customer's perspective and helps customers solve problems, which is respected by customers. In recent years, this customer has gradually placed the rubber parts they need in Yuansheng Company for purchase, and has maintained a stable cooperative relationship so far.
