Continuous improvement to meet new customer requirements

In 2016, our company developed two types of oil scraper rubber parts for Wanliyang CTV25 gearbox (see the figure below). In 2018, the annual delivery volume is 23,000 sets, and in 2023, the annual delivery volume is 780,000 sets. During this period, the annual demand of customers has increased year by year, but the price of products has also dropped year by year. The current price is only 40% of that in 2016. From 200 pieces per 8 hours in 2017 to 1,500 pieces per shift now. We continue to optimize the mold structure, material formula, production process, efficiency, product qualification rate, and continuous improvement to meet customers' new requirements.

A new mold structure is currently under testing. If successful, it can improve material utilization and further reduce production costs.

Note: The CTV25 gearbox won the fourth "Longpan Cup" world's top ten gearboxes and is used in many models such as Geely Vision, Emgrand, Chery Arrizo GX, Tiggo, and Xingtu.
